The heroine meets the hero in the most amazing way. She has to clean this office building and she cleans the suite of a Greek shipping tycoon. An art student, she has to find scraps of paper to finish an assignment for her class. It's a collage. She made a collage of the building owned by the hero. Anyway, he needs that scrap of paper. it's a phone number which could lead back to the woman he loved in his past, the woman who gave him the scar. When the heroine and the hero meet in his office, he demands to know where the paper is. Of course it is in her collage which is now locked up at the university. He goes there with her to retrieve it, then takes the collage to her apartment to get it off the convass. That's when the start to fall in love and she ends up going to Greece with him. It's an incredible story caught up with a Greek myth. I don't know how Ms. Winters does it, but she hooks me every time.

Greek tycoon Perseus Kostopoulos is scared, both inside and out by his first love, Sophia.
He has had very little love in his life.
Then along comes brave, smart, lovely Samantha Telford. She cleans his office at night, she is working her way through college. So it is taking a little longer for her because she has to support her self. She can not go full time after her mother's death.
Sam is putting together a collage of his office building for art class.
The teacher insists that all the students use only scrap paper, to be found in the street, on the floor or the ground. They can't get the paper from the garbage or make the trash themselves.
Sam's masterpiece needed just one more piece to complete it. She found it on the floor of Perseus' office.
Only this paper wasn't trash, it accidently blew onto the floor.
Perseus needs the paper, it had the phone number of his long lost love on it.
He makes Sam go to the school to get her art work. Sam has to take it apart, only the number is lost because of the treatment Sam did to make it fit her collage.
To pay for her error Perseus asks her to pose as his wife, for the day time, and he will grant her three wishes.
Sam fell in love with Perseus at first site, and Perseus has loved Sam because of a picture he bought that her absentee father painted of her mother a long, long time ago.

Intricate tale of love.

A new classic drum book... useful, inspiring, muscial, challenging and fun!

I had the opportunity to work through a lot of this material as Steve was putting it together, I can tell you that this will challenge and inspire drummers of all styles. The hand technique information alone is worth the price of the product, with explanations and demonstrations that are among the most clear I have ever seen on the topics of matched grip. Steve clearly explains and teaches four distinct grips that he uses. But I also absolutely love the rudimental concepts. They are amazingly fun and challenging practice, and they give you almost unlimited ideas for vocabulary around the drum set. Watching Steve explained the concepts and put into use on the set is really inspiring and exciting. I would highly recommend all drummers who are serious about their craft check this package out. The book comes with a DVD and you can also download video files to your device.

Very Good Drum Book - Recommended

This book has material for beginners as well as advanced players. Some of the exercise groups may be too difficult for a beginner but they can be accomplished with persistance. It requires concentration, time and practice. The 43 lesson videos are helpful and everything transcribed in the book is played on video which is great. The one small criticism I have is when you access the videos on line, you have no idea what is contained in the video unless you have the book with you. I think it would have been better to name the sections according to the contents instead of just "Pack 2 Lesson 3 or Pack 5 Lesson 34". If you want to quickly watch the video on paradiddle-diddles, you have no way of knowing where it is unless you look it up in the book. I think the title should be "Pack 2 Lesson 9 Developing Rebound" or "Pack 4 Lesson 20 Doubles w/Swing Feel" so you know what the video is about. I particularly like the flam patterns which Steve happens to be a master of. Accenting the flams with bass drum while keeping the hi-hat going on eighth notes is fun and sounds great. He covers different patterns for snare and applying them to the drumset. There are some swing ideas which are very good. The black & white pictures are OK. I'm sure nice color pictures would have increased the cost dramatically so I'm not complaining. The price is very fair. Definitely recommended.

Amazing and unique educational resource!

Steve Smith is not only one of the greatest drummers alive, he is a world-class educator as well, and this is probably the most complete overview of match grip hand technique for the drum set that I have seen. The videos and notation are ultra-clear, and Steve is so good at explaining the motions so that everything is understandable and usable.

The other thing about this book is that I love all of the cool rudimental patterns. He presents so many creative ways of using paradiddles, double stroke variations, flam rudiments, and more. All of the ideas are really challenging in musical. I can't wait to put them to work in the practice room and on the bandstand.

Simon got what he needed, even though at first he wasn't sure exactly what he needed only what he wanted. He was warned to be careful and not jump into anything. However , had he not, he wouldn't finally have what made him whole and happy. Such a great story!!

This is book five in this series, and I must say that I've enjoyed each and every one. My only wish was that this book in particular was a bit longer. I can't wait to find out Jacks story.

I got this free for a honest review

Submitting to Simon is the fifth book in the Sir series by author Stormy Glenn. I have followed all the books so far, but I think if you did not you would not be lost in this story.
Simon needs someone to accept him just the way he is. He does not want a mindless drone he wants a fiesty, full of life partner he can dominate in the bedroom but has their own thoughts out of the bedroom.
Jamison loves to be spanked. Direct, bratt, sarcastic perfect for Simon. He just has to learn that he is worth all the effort Simon is willing to put into a relationship with him.
I loved how these two played off each other. They are night and day but so alike in some ways. Each has what the other needs. I love how protective Simon is. I also like how he knows his sub needs certain freedoms to really come into his own. I love Jamie give me a bratty sub and I am a happy camper. I like his sass.
I really felt the connection between these two and want more! I cannot wait for the next Sir book to come out and find out who falls in love next.

About the Author
Francis J. Beckwith is Professor of Philosophy and Church-State Studies at Baylor University, where he also serves as Associate Director of the Graduate Program in Philosophy and Co-Director (with Trent Dougherty) of the Program in Philosophical Studies of Religion. He has held visiting faculty appointments at Princeton University and the University of Notre Dame and has published extensively on social ethics, applied ethics, legal philosophy, and the philosophy of religion. Named the 2007 Person of the Year by Inside the Vatican magazine, his most recent books include Politics for Christians: Statecraft As Soulcraft (2010) and Defending Life: A Moral and Legal Case against Abortion Choice (2007).

Fair and Hard-Hitting. Read This Book.

In the interest of full disclosure, I want to say at the start that I was provided with this review copy by Beckwith himself to see if I wanted him to come on my podcast. Rest assured, I do. Beckwith's book is not just a book I want to get in the hands of many Christians I interact with, but also in the hands of many atheists I interact with.

Beckwith's main contention is that we have often misunderstood arguments and said that as long as we say that they are "religious" or have a religious motive, then that means we do not need to consider them as real intellectual arguments. This is simply false. It could be someone holds a position for religious reasons and it could even be that someone holds a position (Such as the wrongness of homosexual behavior) just because the Bible says so, but that does not mean that that is the only reason that there is or the only motive that there is.

Something I like about Beckwith's book is that he tries to give everyone a fair shake. Even if it is a position that he disagrees with, he tries to give it a fair look. When looking at some court rulings, even if the ruling would be favorable towards his position, Beckwith can still point out why he thinks it is an unwise ruling. This is something that we should all learn from. Just because the conclusion agrees with us does not mean that the decision was the right one. You can make the right decision for all the wrong reasons.

Some readers will also be surprised to find that Beckwith disagrees with Intelligent Design. I in fact would find myself closer to his position seeing as I think that we have married Christianity to modern science and what happens if this is explained another way? Wouldn't it be best to have our apologetic built on something that cannot be shown false by scientific discovery? Why not base our theism on metaphysical principles, especially since the question of God is not really a scientific question but a metaphysical one. (This does not mean it does not have ramifications for science, but the final arbiter is metaphysics.)

Also, the reader will find some very helpful points on the issue of redefining marriage. This is one of the major issues of our time and Beckwith rightly shows that in reality, the people that are not being tolerant and not allowing liberty are more often the ones on the left. Beckwith has a great familiarity with the literature on both sides. One will also find similarity with the abortion debate as well.

If there was one thing I'd like differently in Beckwith's books, it'd be that I'd like reading them sometimes to be more like listening to him speak. It's my understanding that Beckwith grew up in the Las Vegas area and knows about the comedians and if you hear him speak, it is absolutely hysterical. Andy Bannister has managed to pull off great humor in a book. It would be interesting to see Beckwith do the same.

Still, this is a book that should be read by anyone interested in religious debates. As I said earlier also, Beckwith has the great virtue as well of wanting to treat the arguments of his opponents seriously as well. Beckwith is not just wanting to reach right conclusions, but wanting to reach them the right way and will settle for nothing less.

this book was so disappointing. i don't know why i'm surprise cause i just don't enjoy Ms Etan books, but Saucy Romance built it up and i gave it a try won't happen again. I don't know when she move from day to week month or year. don't know when they are think or it happening i was just confused reading it. this is my third book by this author and the only on that was okay was The Billionaire's Surrogate. sorry but i will pass on your books. Maybe it was just me. then the book just END no one apologize, no explanation they just jump in bed and all is okay REALLY!!!REALLY!!!!

Got through the first couple of chapters then had to stop. The story jumped around from scene to scene and was so hard to connect together it was frustrating. I'm so disappointed in this book. Why couldn't it had flowed together?

Quick Read. But lots of great story!

This is a quickie....hehehe. It's a short story that is jam packed with fun characters, witty dialog, and a hot sexy roommate. What could be better than that?? Lexi is one lucky girl. Don't let the length of this book discourage you. You still get the depth of the characters and a great story that will have you yelling at the author wanting more immediately!!! I am SOOO ready for Travis' story next!!!

I downloaded Roomies as a free novella from Amazon. While not horrible, this novella was redundant, re-using a lot of the same phrases, some descriptions made no sense (how do panties gush, anyway?). Lexi was fairly clueless which made the read somewhat frustrating.
