First I had issues getting the DVD to play. Its one of those super sensitive ones that won't play properly on my older DVD players, but I finally got it to play on the new DVD player in the basement. (nothing worse than getting half-way through a workout and the DVD freezes up!) It's more than the other videos, but the workouts are fine - a little different approach to weights. You're in constant motion, a more holistic routine. They're not divided into body segments like the other Jari videos I have. What 30 min. workouts is the cover talking about? She mentions this is your bonus at the end of the long one, but the menu doesn't give you the option to select that as a starting point -as collage describes, there are really only two options. --jarilove.com

Okay, what everyone wants to know first is have you lost a lot of weight. True answer no, after a month only a few pounds but a few pounds doesn't sound like much until you think about it in sticks of butter right. So, don't expect this to be your miracle cure but what I do like about the CD is it helps me sleep every time I listed to it. I'm a total insomniac and I don't know why but when I have trouble sleeping I turn this on and before the doctor gets through with her introduction I am out - for this alone the CD is worth it. The biggest PRO is I notice that I'm making healthier food choices throughout the day without really even thinking about it. I'm also packing my breakfast, lunches, and snacks 4-5 days a week now which I haven't done in a long time. I'm not sure if the CD has anything to do with it but if it does it's worth the $20 because I've saved at least triple that by not eating out every day.

I've made a habit to listen to this cd pretty regularly, one of the twenty minute guided meditation segments every few days, and yes, somehow, I've had better success managing my eating habits, making better choices in terms of what I do and what I eat.
Still haven't made much progress feeling inspired to work out, that bit's still a chore.
The segments have a rather similar structure, but key words and images in them differ.
I'd be interested to see more along these lines, with a bit less of the 'imagine yourself winning an award and receiving the praise of a crowd' sort of imagery. That particular set of goals just isn't part of anything that matters to me, and actually strikes me as kind of shallow, which, among other things, is kind of distracting when listening to the meditations.
